Refund and Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing IMS Printing & Signs. We are committed to providing quality products and services. Please review our policy regarding refunds and warranties carefully.
1. Final Sale Policy (Sold As-Is)
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our work, all sales for the following product categories are FINAL. These products are sold "as-is," meaning there are NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, or EXCHANGES once an order has been approved and processed.
- Large Format Printing
- Digital Printing
- Apparel
- Promotional Products
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs, designs, and specifications before production begins.
2. Product Warranty
We offer limited warranties on certain products that we install to ensure your peace of mind regarding materials and workmanship.
Commercial Signs (channel letters, monuments, dimensional letters)
All new commercial signs include a 90-Day Warranty from the date of installation. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by vandalism, misuse, extreme weather events, or normal wear and tear.
Vehicle Wraps
All vehicle wraps include a 30-Day Warranty from the date of installation. This warranty covers installation-related defects, such as peeling, lifting, or bubbling, that occur under normal use. It does not cover damage resulting from accidents, pressure washing, abrasive cleaning, or material deterioration due to extended sun exposure or normal use.
Making a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, you must contact IMS Printing & Signs immediately with a detailed description of the issue and clear photographic evidence. All claims are subject to inspection and approval. Our obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product or installation, at our sole discretion.
